Returns
You can return unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at prizu@gmx.de with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide further instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personalized products or intimate apparel, may not be eligible for returns for hygiene reasons.
